Due to rapid growth CBB is looking for a motivated and quality driven hydraulic fitter to join our team. The succesful candidate will be required to:

• Fit hydraulic systems to heavy vehicles

• Install transmission and engine driven hydraulic PTO and pumps

• Install hydraulic lines and controls to operate tipping equipment

• Fit basic 12/24V control systems

• Diagnose and repair faults to hydraulic systems

• Work alongside engineering team on bespoke hydraulic systems

• Work alongside production team to achieve targets

Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, this role requires you to be responsible for customer liaison and interpretation of part requirements for heavy tipping equipment.

CBB is looking for skilled fabricators and welders to join our fabrication team producing heavy vehicles for the tipping industry.

Position Details:

• Hours: 7:30am - 4pm 

• Studying drawings and specifications to determine job requirements

• Fabricate trailer bodies from steel, Hardox or aluminum

• Fabricate trailer chassis from steel

• Repair damaged vehicles and warranties

• Welding using GMAW processes
